(hereinafter referred to as “FUERGY” or “Company“) a company registered in the Business Register of the City Court Bratislava III, with its registered office at Pribinova 34, Bratislava – Staré mesto 811 09, ID No.: 52 083 799, Insert No. 65/B, seeks to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with Section 6 of Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities, as amended, and on the amendment of certain acts (the “Accessibility Act”), as well as with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act). The service provided is:
- Marketing communication through various communication channels (in particular the online environment, websites, and forms) for the purpose of presenting, selling, and installing smart battery storage products defined in the Company’s product portfolio, aimed at more efficient use, storage, and management of electrical energy for corporate and residential customers.
- Provision of support services through an online form available at https://infimeo.com/en/get-offer/, which serves to contact persons interested in products and services.
The Services may also include the display and promotion of advertising in the form of banner advertisements in the online environment.
The Company requires only the necessary scope of data in cases where registration or completion of user data is required for the provision of the Services, in accordance with the conditions set out by the Company.
